Simple Definition:

• Contra Voucher (F4)
• Payment Voucher (F5)

🔶 PART 3: Contra Voucher (F4)

Contra कब use होता है?

“जब Cash और Bank के बीच transaction हो।”

Examples:

• Cash Bank में जमा
• Bank से Cash निकाला

Example-1: Cash Deposit in Bank

Transaction:
01-04-2025 को ₹20,000 cash bank में जमा किया

Steps:
1️⃣ Gateway → Vouchers
2️⃣ Press F4 (Contra)
3️⃣ Debit: Bank A/c
4️⃣ Credit: Cash A/c
5️⃣ Amount: 20,000
6️⃣ Narration: Cash deposited in bank

👉 Accept = Yes

Example-2: Cash Withdraw from Bank

Transaction:
05-04-2025 को ₹5,000 bank से cash निकाला

• Debit: Cash A/c
• Credit: Bank A/c
• Amount: 5,000

🔶 PART 4: Payment Voucher (F5)

Payment कब use होता है?

“जब business से पैसा बाहर जाता है।”

Examples:

• Rent दिया
• Salary दी
• Electricity bill दिया

Example: Rent Paid

Transaction:
10-04-2025 को ₹3,000 rent cash दिया

Steps:
1️⃣ Press F5 (Payment)
2️⃣ Debit: Rent A/c
3️⃣ Credit: Cash A/c
4️⃣ Amount: 3,000
5️⃣ Narration: Rent paid

👉 Accept = Yes
